Surprise Convivial Aperitivo — Wine Tasting with an ONAV Master Taster

There is a distinctly Marsalese way of being together: gathered around a glass of wine, with time slowing down and flavours telling their stories.

The Surprise Convivial Aperitivo is a sensory journey into the heart of Sicilian food and wine culture, led by an ONAV Master Taster who will select, each time, a choice of wines kept strictly secret until the moment of tasting. Every glass will be an opportunity for discovery: a story of the land, of native grape varieties and of the winemaking tradition of this extraordinary region.

To accompany the wines, there will be a tasting menu of typical local products, including tuna products, local cured meats and cheeses. The menu is designed to enhance every pairing and celebrate the authenticity of Marsala's cuisine. Not just a tasting, but a moment of genuine conviviality, where curiosity is the best companion.
