TERMS OF THE PROMOTIONAL INITIATIVE
«Complimentary Marsala Tourist Card»
These terms govern the promotional initiative «Complimentary Marsala Tourist Card» (the «Initiative»). The Initiative consists of a 100% discount (discount voucher) on the purchase of the 24-hour Marsala Tourist Card, for customers who make a direct booking with the accommodation facilities participating in the Marsala Vacanze network. The Initiative does NOT constitute a prize competition or a prize operation under Italian Presidential Decree no. 430 of 26 October 2001: there is no element of chance, and the benefit consists solely of a discount on the price of a product of the Promoter.
Art. 1 – Promoter
The Initiative is promoted by Impresa Individuale Ragona Antonino, VAT no. 02834820819, registered office in Marsala (TP), C.da Casabianca no. 27, e-mail amministrazione@marsalavacanze.it (the «Promoter»), owner of the «Marsala Vacanze» portal and brand and of the «Marsala Tourist Card».
Art. 2 – Subject and nature of the Initiative
The Promoter grants the recipients referred to in Art. 4 a discount voucher («Coupon») entitling them to purchase, at no cost (100% discount), a 24-hour Marsala Tourist Card. The benefit is a gift to the end customer and does not constitute a discount on the price of the stay or service of the participating facility, which remains free and unchanged. As it is a discount on a product of the Promoter and in the absence of any element of chance, the Initiative falls outside the rules on prize competitions and prize operations (Presidential Decree no. 430/2001).
Art. 3 – Duration and territorial scope
The Initiative is effective from 15/07/2026 until subsequent notice of termination published in accordance with Art. 13. It operates at the participating accommodation facilities of the Marsala Vacanze network, the list of which is available on the portal https://www.marsalavacanze.it.
Art. 4 – Recipients
Recipients of the Initiative are customers who make a direct booking with a participating facility, where «direct booking» means a booking made directly with the facility (for example: in person, by telephone, WhatsApp, e-mail or the facility's own website). Bookings received through online travel agencies, intermediation portals or other channels applying a commission (OTAs) are excluded.
Art. 5 – How to obtain the discount voucher
The Coupon is given to the customer by the participating facility in the form of a code, upon or in confirmation of the direct booking. Issuing the Coupon involves no cost for the customer.
Art. 6 – How to use the discount voucher
The customer redeems the Coupon on the portal https://www.marsalavacanze.it, when purchasing the Card, by entering the code in the appropriate field. The Card is personal and individually activated: for each person, the name and the activation date are required at redemption.
Art. 7 – Limits and conditions of use
The Coupon is single-use and is exhausted upon first redemption. Each Coupon is valid for a single direct booking and allows the issue of the Card for up to 4 (four) persons of the same group. It is valid until the expiry date communicated at the time of issue and, in any case, no later than the period of the facility's participation in the Initiative. It cannot be combined with other promotions unless otherwise stated, is non-transferable once issued, cannot be converted into cash and gives no right to any refund.
Art. 8 – Cards of longer duration
The gift is limited to the 24-hour Card. A customer wishing a Card of longer duration (48 or 72 hours) may purchase it independently on the portal, at the full price set out in the current price list.
Art. 9 – Changes, suspension and termination
As this is a free promotional initiative, the Promoter reserves the right to change its conditions, to suspend or to terminate it at any time, with reasonable notice and by notice published on the portal, without prejudice to Coupons already redeemed.
Art. 10 – Limitation of liability
The Card may give access to conventions and benefits offered, at their own expense, by the network's affiliated businesses: the Promoter is not liable for the availability, extent or quality of such benefits, nor for any temporary technical malfunctions of the platform.
Art. 11 – Processing of personal data
Any personal data provided when redeeming the Coupon and activating the Card is processed by the Promoter, as data controller, solely for purposes connected with the Initiative, in accordance with the privacy notice published on the portal pursuant to EU Regulation 2016/679.
Art. 12 – Governing law and complaints
The Initiative is governed by Italian law. Any complaints may be submitted to the Promoter at the contact details set out in Art. 1. In relations with consumers, the mandatory jurisdiction of the court of the consumer's place of residence or domicile remains, where provided by law.
Art. 13 – Publication
These terms are published on the portal https://www.marsalavacanze.it and are available for the entire duration of the Initiative. Participation in the Initiative constitutes acceptance of these terms.
