How to get to Marsala by car? Marsala has 3 large road accesses that make it easily accessible from any city, north from Trapani, east from Salemi and south from Mazara del Vallo.

The three main ways to reach Marsala by car are the E90 and continuing on the A29 towards Marsala, the E90 towards Mazara del Vallo and then continue on the SS115 to Marsala or via the SS188 from Salemi towards Marsala.

CLIMATE

Marsala enjoys climatic conditions that are among the best in Europe. The climate is mild, typically Mediterranean, with an average annual temperature above 19ºC. The summers are hot and the winters are mild. In the winter months, the temperature generally does not drop below 10ºC. Rainfall is moderate and, according to the classic Mediterranean model, it is minimal in summer which reaches two maximums per year, one in autumn and one in late winter / early spring.

Marsala's closest airport is in the district of Birgi, 14 kilometers north of the city center.  There are more than 30 air connections divided into winter and summer routes.
